Players to Watch

San Antonio Spurs: Danny Green

Danny has struggled in the month of April so far. The Spurs are likely to rest several key players on the second night of a back-to-back, before entering the playoffs. Expect him to continue to play though, as he tries to figure out his shooting issues.

He has averaged just 4.8 points on 31.8 percent from the field in his last five games. He has also shot 27.8 percent from 3-point. His averages for the season are well below for field goal percentage, 3-point percentage and points per game. Look for Green to turn things around, especially with more opportunities Wednesday.

Dallas Mavericks: Deron Williams

Since returning from the sports hernia injury, Deron has scored 38 points on 15 of 27 shooting in two games. He carried the team late in the game Monday, to clinch the playoff berth for the Mavericks.

Dallas continues to look for someone to step up in the offense. J.J. Barea was that guy until he went down with a groin injury. Now may be the time for Williams to take back the reigns, and guide the team into the playoffs.
