Vince Carter, Dallas Mavericks tribute video

While the Dallas Mavericks wait to hear whether they’ll get Chandler Parsons next season or whether his offer will be matched by the Houston Rockets, they’ve lost Vince Carter.

On Friday after the dominos started falling in the wake of LeBron James’ announcement, Carter agreed to terms with the Memphis Grizzlies.

Carter was a great Maverick during his time in Dallas, playing beyond his contract and being a reliable scorer. There will always be great memories of Carter’s time in the uniform, like that game-winning shot against the San Antonio Spurs in the first round of the 2014 NBA playoffs.

But as he moves on to the next chapter in his life I stumbled across this video on YouTube, it is a Carter tribute video titled “Thank You, Dallas.”
