Chris Bosh definitely has interest in Mavericks

The “Big Three” in Miami might be a thing of the past with LeBron James fielding offers. His teammate Chris Bosh has also been fielding offers in the event that they go their separate ways and one of the teams Bosh is interested in is the Dallas Mavericks.

Of course the Mavericks will have to compete with the Houston Rockets for Bosh.

With James Harden and Dwight Howard on the roster, Houston might be more appealing for Bosh. The Mavericks have a different advantage because Bosh is originally from Dallas, and they could dust-off their old Deron Williams pitches.

In 2011, when Bosh and the Heat lost to the Mavericks in the NBA Finals, he avoided returning to Dallas to avoid the Mavericks fans heckling him. If he joined the Mavericks he could be getting their cheers instead of jeers as they pursue another NBA title.

“I didn’t want to hear all the fans,” Bosh said jokingly, via ESPN. “But it’s funny because there wasn’t a lot of Mavericks fans when I was a kid. But now all of a sudden, everybody’s a Mavericks fan.
