Sammy D: Samuel Dalembert showed why the Mavs have had high hopes for him. He totaled 18 points (7-8 fg), 8 rebounds, and 2 blocks. This is the Dalembert the Mavs NEED!

Goose Egg: Dion Waiters won’t miss playing the Mavs. He went 0-4 tonight and 0-8 during the season series.
Double-Double: Jose Calderon notched his first double-double of the season with 11 points and 10 assists. He also recorded ONLY 1 turnover.
Bench Shows Up Again: The Mavs’ bench came up big once again. Brandan Wright (14 points & 7 rebounds), Devin Harris (16 points & 4 assists), and Vince Carer (6 points, 7 rebounds, & team high +26) all had a big hand in the win tonight. Bench tallied 44 points compared to just 23 for the Cavs.

Who Said Mavs Can’t Rebound?: The Mavs won the rebounding battle 45-31. Four Mavs finished with 7 or 8 rebounds. Tristan Thompson and Luol Deng led the way with 8 a piece for the Cavs.
Future Mav?: There is no denying that the Mavs would love to get their hands on Deng either by trade or free agency. He finished the game with 18 points and 8 rebounds in 42 minutes of action.
The Mavs finished their 4 game home stand with a 3-1 record. They travel to face the 9th place Grizzlies Wednesday at 4 PM CT.
