The Houston Rockets will be without star shooting guard James Harden for the second straight game.  Harden did not suit up in the win against the San Antonio Spurs due to a left thumb injury.

The Rockets take on division and state rival Dallas Mavericks on the road tonight.

The Mavericks lead the season series 2-1 at this point. Harden missed the third game of the season with an ankle injury. The Mavericks won the game 111-104 in Houston.

Harden leads the team with 23.7 points per game.

Jeremy Lin will start in his place.
