The Dallas Mavericks have announced that they have assigned rookie guard Ricky Ledo to the D-league’s Texas Legends once again.
With Devin Harris’s anticipated return tonight, the Mavericks most likely sent Ledo down to create a roster spot, and to allow him to get court time.
Ledo was originally called up to the Mavericks when Wayne Ellington was ill.
In 9 games for the Mavs this season, Ledo has averaged 1.9 points in 3.3 minutes per game.
In his first tenure with the Legends (14 games), Ledo put up 14.4 points and 6.6 rebounds in 29.8 minutes of action per game.
Former University of North Carolina guard P.J Hairston is expected to make his debut tonight for the Legends after they claimed his rights.
