Jason Terry "There Will Never Be Another Maverick Team Have A Run Like We Did In 2011"

Last night, I had the chance to have Jason “Jet” Terry as a guest on my radio show, RF Sports Radio. He spoke candidly about everything including trade rumors, Doc Rivers, Jason Kidd, the 2013 NBA Finals, and his own NBA coaching aspirations. The most significant part for me was his reverenance for his 2011 Dallas Mavericks team.

“I think it was a curse and a blessing they broke that team up. The curse is we didn’t have another opportunity to go and defend that title with the team that won it, but the blessing is that there will never be another Maverick team to come through and have a special run like we did in 2011…That was just a special group of guys.”
